Check the year first
If the page you reached shows a year earlier than the one above, that’s the problem. Previous courses stay online so people can retrieve old certificates, but they’re closed — there’s no enrol or purchase button, and nothing you do will make one appear.
Some links in CastleBranch still point to an earlier year. If that’s what you clicked, use the current link above and tell your program coordinator so they can update it.
WHICH ONE
Which course am I?
Students
Enrolled in a TWU program and completing this as a clinical requirement → students.
Faculty and clinical instructors
Teaching, supervising clinicals, or holding an adjunct or clinical faculty appointment → professionals. Adjunct clinical faculty use this one, not the student course.
COST
Do I pay?
Students: yes
TWU students pay for their own annual compliance training.
Faculty: no
Faculty training is covered by the university. If you’re being asked to pay on the faculty course, stop — you’re probably on the student link.
BEFORE YOU START
Before you enrol
Use your @twu.edu address
Not a personal Gmail or Hotmail. If you register with a personal address we can’t find your record when you contact us, and your completion may not reach TWU’s compliance system.
If you used a personal address in a previous year, mention it when you get in touch so we can search both.
Enter your first name and last name
Both fields, as TWU has them. If your name has changed, email us and we’ll update it on the platform.
EVERY YEAR
This is annual
Your completion is valid for twelve months. Each year’s course is separate, rebuilt to reflect current HIPAA guidance.
Previous certificates stay visible in your account. That’s normal — it doesn’t mean you’ve completed the current year. If you can see last year’s certificate but no current course, you haven’t started yet.

You’re on a previous year’s course. Use the current link at the top of this page.
My card keeps getting declined
Some debit cards are rejected by our payment processor even when funds are available. A credit card usually works. If both fail, contact us before trying repeatedly.
I’m certain I registered, but there’s no record of me
Almost always a different email address. Tell us every address you might have used, including personal ones, and we’ll search all of them.
Note that submitting a form on our website doesn’t create a training account — the contact form and course registration are separate systems.
I bought the wrong course
Contact us. We’ll refund it and get you onto the TWU course. It happens often and it isn’t a problem.
I need my certificate again
Log in and download it. If you’ve lost access, contact us with your name and the email address you registered with.
My name has changed
Email us and we’ll update it.
FOR FACULTY
Continuing education credit
TWU faculty and clinical instructors can claim continuing education credit for this training.
To request your CE certificate, email trainingsupport@compliancejunction.com with your completion certificate attached and your full name.
BACKGROUND
Why this page exists
TWU publishes your training link in more than one place — CastleBranch, program handbooks, emails from your coordinator. Every year a new course goes live and the old one closes, and not every link gets updated at the same time.
So people arrive at a closed course, find no way to enrol, and assume something is broken. Nothing is. They’re just looking at last year.
This page exists so there’s one address that always points at the current course. It doesn’t change from year to year. If you bookmark anything, bookmark this.
ABOUT US
Who we are
ComplianceJunction is an accredited compliance training provider. TWU works with us to deliver the annual HIPAA training your program requires.
We are a separate organization from TWU. That’s why you’re on a different website, why your login here isn’t your TWU login, and why students are asked to pay us directly rather than through the university.
Our HIPAA training is approved for continuing education credit by AHIMA and by the Compliance Certification Board — the accreditations that let this training count toward professional CE requirements, not just toward your clinical placement.
We work with universities, hospitals and healthcare organizations across the US.
